Do you need to set up a memorable team building exercise for your group of adventure-seekers?

We will plan, outfit, and conduct corporate team building trips for your organization.  Privateer Outdoors gives teams an opportunity to spend time together and build relationships away from the daily stresses of the office.  Your team might need to work together to solve a problem, hang a dining fly, or cook a meal, but the program will not overtly emphasize training.  The group could take a challenging hike to a memorable overlook, or take a leisurely paddle on a scenic Eastern Shore river before finishing with a nice lunch in a historic town. The benefit of these programs is that team building happens naturally through shared experiences.  This offering is designed for relatively small teams, with a maximum of eleven participants but an ideal size of five to seven (a manager and their direct reports, for example, or a cross-functional team).
